HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Log into your account and click the “My Account / Order Status” link in the upper right corner of the page to view your current order status. You’ll also receive an email once your order is being prepared for shipment, which will include your tracking number and an estimated shipping date. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail/spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please Contact Us; there might be an error in your order information.
MY ORDER HASN’T SHIPPED, AND IT’S BEEN MORE THAN 3 DAYS.
Occasionally, we experience delays due to high demand or supplier issues. We strive to have all items in stock and ready to ship. If you think your order is taking too long or your tracking number hasn’t updated, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support for an update.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on Monday. Delays can occur due to production schedules or supplier issues.
MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED; AM I STILL ENTERED IN THE GIVEAWAY?
Absolutely! Merchandise delivery and contest entries are separate processes. Once you place your order and payment is confirmed:
1. Your giveaway entries are transmitted to our sweepstakes administrator.
2. Your merchandise order is sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times vary based on your location. Our warehouse is located in Miami. For nearby regions, delivery may take 1-2 days; for distant locations, it can take up to 5 business days. We recommend tracking your package via the carrier’s website and contacting us if anything seems amiss.
I SELECTED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR/ITEM IN MY ORDER.
If you need to make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it, please email our customer service at support@hellboar.com. If your order has already been prepared for shipment, you’ll need to follow our exchange process. Please see our Returns/Exchanges page for more information. Include your name and order number in your email.
MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT ON MY ORDER!
Please contact customer service immediately at support@hellboar.com to correct the shipping address before your order is dispatched.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final; refunds are not possible. Once an order is placed, entries are counted and automatically submitted to our contest. Due to legalities, we cannot alter these entries once submitted. However, we’re happy to exchange items for one of equal or lesser value. Please refer to our Returns/Exchanges page for detailed instructions.

If you need to change an item in your order that hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately with your order number and details of the desired change. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How many miles are on the car, and is the title clean?
Our Cybertruck is brand new with a clean title. The winner will receive it in pristine condition.
Who chooses the winner?
The winner is selected randomly using a certified system. Everything is conducted transparently and in accordance with the rules.
When do you announce the winner?
The potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about May 14, 2025, and will be contacted by the Sweepstakes Administrator for verification.
