How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your HellBoar account and viewing your order history
  • Using our Order Tracking page with your order number and email
  • Contacting customer support with your order number

Most tracking numbers become active within 24 hours after shipping.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During high-volume sales and giveaway periods, processing may take 2-3 business days. Premium members receive priority processing.

After processing, shipping times depend on your selected shipping method and location. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that window, our system begins processing and we cannot guarantee changes.

To request modifications within the 2-hour window:

  • Log into your account and select "Order History"
  • Find your recent order and select "Modify Order"
  • For urgent assistance, contact our 24/7 customer support team
Why is my order status "On Hold"?

An "On Hold" status typically indicates one of the following:

  • Payment verification issue (most common with international orders)
  • Address verification needed
  • Item temporarily out of stock
  • Order flagged for manual review

Our team will contact you via email with details and next steps. Most holds are resolved within 24 hours.

How do I view my order history?

You can view your complete order history by logging into your HellBoar account:

  1. Click on "My Account" in the top navigation
  2. Select "Order History" from the dropdown menu
  3. All past orders will be displayed with status and tracking information

Your order history includes detailed information including order date, status, items purchased, and giveaway entries earned.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unworn, unwashed items with the original tags attached for a full refund.

To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account and go to "Order History"
  2. Select the order and click "Start Return"
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return shipping label

Return shipping is free for exchanges. For refunds, a $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to a product defect.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • US Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $7.99 or FREE on orders over $75
  • US Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.99
  • US Next Day Shipping: $24.99
  • International Standard (10-14 business days): $19.99 - $29.99
  • International Express (5-7 business days): $39.99 - $49.99

HellBoar Premium members receive free standard shipping on all orders and 50% off expedited shipping options.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 10-14 business days for standard shipping and 5-7 business days for express shipping.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • Some countries may have restrictions on certain products
  • Tracking may be limited in some regions

How do I exchange an item for a different size?

We make exchanges easy and FREE! To exchange for a different size:

  1. Log into your account and select "Order History"
  2. Find your order and click "Start Exchange"
  3. Select the item and specify the new size needed
  4. Print the prepaid return label and return instructions

Once we receive your return, we'll ship out the new size immediately. Exchange shipping is always free both ways within the US. For international customers, return shipping fees may still apply.

My package is damaged or missing items. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear about this issue! Please follow these steps:

  1. Take photos of any damaged packaging and products
  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and detailed description of the issue
  4. Our team will provide immediate assistance

For damaged items, we'll send a replacement at no cost. For missing items, we'll either ship the missing product immediately or provide a refund.

The dashboard shows a detailed breakdown of your entries, including which purchases contributed to your total and any bonus entries you've earned through promotions or referrals.

If I win a car, can I choose cash instead?

Yes! We understand that a luxury vehicle isn't practical for everyone. Winners have three options:

  • Accept the featured vehicle prize
  • Choose a cash alternative (typically 75% of the vehicle's MSRP)
  • Select store credit for 100% of the cash alternative value

Winners have 7 days after notification to make their decision. If choosing the vehicle, winners are responsible for applicable taxes, registration, and insurance.

Are there any ways to get bonus entries?

Yes! There are several ways to earn bonus entries:

  • Limited Edition Drops: Purchases from our limited collections earn 2x or 3x entries
